Promises of God Christian Cathedral

 

Promises of God Christian Cathedral (“the Church,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regularly photographs, records, livestreams, and creates video and audio content during worship services, ministry activities, conferences, community outreach events, and other church-sponsored programs.

 

By attending Church services, events, activities, programs, or by entering Church property, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Consent to Photography and Recording

 

You grant Promises of God Christian Cathedral permission to photograph, videotape, livestream, record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, statements, and participation in Church-related activities.

 

Use of Images and Recordings

 

Photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, livestreams, and other media may be used by the Church for lawful ministry, educational, promotional, and communication purposes, including but not limited to:

 

• Church website content

• Social media platforms

• Livestream broadcasts

• Sermons and ministry presentations

• Newsletters and email communications

• Printed publications and marketing materials

• Annual reports and ministry updates

• Fundraising and stewardship communications

• Historical and archival records

 

No Compensation

 

Individuals appearing in photographs, videos, recordings, or livestreams will not receive compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of their image, likeness, voice, or participation.

 

Ownership of Media

 

All photographs, videos, recordings, livestreams, and other media created by or on behalf of Promises of God Christian Cathedral remain the sole property of the Church.

 

Children’s Images

 

The Church takes special care when using photographs or recordings that include minors.

 

Parents or legal guardians who do not wish for their child to appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, or promotional materials should notify the Church in writing. While the Church will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, we cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd shots, congregational recordings, livestreams, or public event coverage.

 

Livestreamed and Public Events

 

Many Church services and events are conducted in public settings and may be livestreamed or recorded. Individuals attending such events understand that they may appear incidentally in photographs, videos, livestreams, or recordings.

 

Opt-Out Requests

 

Individuals who prefer not to be featured in identifiable photographs or media used for promotional purposes may submit a written request to the Church. We will make reasonable efforts to honor future requests whenever practicable.

 

Please note that we may not be able to remove images or recordings that have already been published, distributed, archived, or incorporated into previously produced materials.
